How long are my Buy My Brain hours valid for?
From the time of purchase of your 5 or 10 hours, you’ve got 12 months to use them up.
It’s up to you whether you use them all in one month in a big flurry of website updates or spread them out over a year – but once that 12 months is up, your hours are gone!
Is this just for WordPress website support?
Yes! WordPress is my jam, so that’s where you’ll get the most out of my brain. I know WordPress like the back of my hand – and even if there’s something super technical that I can’t solve myself, I turn to my IT-whizz of a husband who runs his own tech consultancy business. (As you can imagine, the dinner table conversations are riveting in this household!)

What can’t I use Buy My Brain hours for?
Here’s what you can’t use Buy My Brain hours for:
- Redesigning your entire WordPress website or changing layout designs of your exisiting site (I can do that over here though!)
- Copywriting (but this can be organised for you – get in touch to chat more about it)
- Ongoing SEO work
- Hosting and email support
Buy My Brain also doesn’t include the cost of any paid-for plugins I install on your website or any big site migrations – if in doubt, let’s chat to see if what you need can be done with Buy My Brain hours!
I want to overhaul my website and redesign it - will this help?
Unfortunately not.
Buy My Brain hours are for tweaks, updates, and all those housekeeping tasks you never get around to doing.
Redesigning a whole-ass website isn’t a tweak, update or housekeeping task – so Buy My Brain isn’t right for you if that’s what you’re looking for!
What is right for you, though, is either WordPress Website Design or Website In A Day
If I have an urgent issue with my website, how long will it be before you can fix it?
There’s nothing worse than finding a terrifying-looking issue with your website and having no idea how to fix it…
Thankfully, if you’ve got Buy My Brain hours stored up, I’ll be on it ASAP. My goal is to get all updates done within 24-48 hours of your request – but honestly? It’s usually much faster than that, particularly if it’s urgent.
If your request comes in on a Friday or over the weekend (or on a bank holiday), it will get picked up on Monday morning – because weekends and bank holidays aren’t for WordPress updates! If I’m ever away on annual leave, I’ll give you plenty of notice so you can book those updates in before I leave.
What are your payment terms?
Payment for your 5 or 10 Buy My Brain hours is upfront and you can then call on those hours at any point over the next 12 months. Once either you run out of hours or your 12 months is up, you’ll need to buy another block upfront to keep my support on tap.
