Terms of Service: Website Accessibility Audit

By booking a Website Accessibility Audit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the smooth delivery of the service and clarity for all parties.

1. Service Overview
The Website Accessibility Audit provides businesses with a review of their website against accessibility best practice, with a focus on the most common and impactful issues affecting users. The audit covers your homepage and up to 4 additional pages of your choice.

Upon completion you will receive:

• A written PDF report detailing up to 10 actionable recommendations
• A Loom video walkthrough of the findings, available to view for 30 days from delivery

2. What You Need to Provide
To complete your audit, please provide your website URL at the time of booking. No login details are required.

3. Scope of the Audit
The audit will identify what needs to be changed on your website to improve accessibility. It does not include instructions on how to make those changes, as every website platform and setup is different. If you require hands-on support to implement the recommendations, a Buy My Brain session can be booked separately.

4. Pricing
The Website Accessibility Audit is priced at £50, payable in full at the time of booking. The audit will not commence until payment has been received.

5. Turnaround
Your audit will be delivered within 7 working days of payment being received and your website URL being confirmed.

6. Delivery
Your audit will be delivered via email in the form of a written PDF report and a Loom video walkthrough. Please note the Loom video will be available to view for 30 days from the date of delivery, after which it will be removed from storage.

7. Revisions
The audit report is final. Revisions are not included. If you have questions about the findings, please get in touch and we will do our best to clarify.

8. Refunds
As this is a bespoke service, payment is non-refundable once the audit has commenced.

9. Intellectual Property
The audit report is for your personal business use only and may not be resold or shared publicly without permission.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Acceptanace
By purchasing a “Buy My Brain” time block, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
