Terms and Conditions for the Mini Buy My Brain Session

By booking a Mini Buy My Brain session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the smooth delivery of the service and clarity for all parties.

1. Session Duration

1. • Each session is for one hour only. Any additional work beyond the allocated hour will require further booking and payment.
2. Session Scope
   • The session does not include:
     • Copywriting
     • Website or page redesign
     • Done-for-you SEO work (advice only is provided during the session)
   • If your session includes work on your website, such as troubleshooting, updating copy, adding blogs, or changing images, the following apply:
     • Your website must be built on WordPress (I only work with WordPress websites).
     • I require admin access to your site. You may set up a separate login for me rather than sharing your personal password.
     • Login details must be provided in advance of the session. If login details are not received before the session, part of your booked hour will be used to obtain the details. If I am unable to access your site during the session due to missing details, the session will be forfeited with no refund, and a new session must be booked and paid for.
3. Attendance and No-Shows
   • If you cannot attend your session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided to reschedule. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund.
   • No-shows will forfeit the session with no refund.
4. Technical Issues
   • If technical issues occur on my end, I will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
   • If your website is down or inaccessible during the session, I will reschedule once your site is operational.
5. Session Process
   • If I need to log in to your website, you do not need to remain on the Zoom call during the session. I will notify you once the work is complete and provide details of what has been done.
   • I do not record the work performed, but if necessary, I will provide a brief Loom video to explain specific changes.
   • This session is not a training session for using your website. The only consultancy provided is for SEO advice.
6. Liability Disclaimer
   • While I will make every effort to fix issues or complete work during the session, I cannot guarantee all problems will be resolved within the hour.
   • If issues are not fully resolved, you may book additional sessions, or I will hand over any findings from the session.
   • I am not liable for any unintended changes, disruptions, or issues that may arise as a result of work completed during the session.
7. Payment and Refunds
   • Payment is required upfront to secure your session.
   • Sessions are non-refundable, including for no-shows or failure to provide required information.
8. Booking Deadline and Expiration
   • Mini Buy My Brain sessions are only available until 19th December 2024 and must be booked before this date.
   • If you fail to provide required information (e.g., login details) before your scheduled session, you may rebook and pay again until 19th December 2024. After this date, no sessions will be available.
