Do I need to have a website to join?
Yes. You’ll find it hard to gain valiue without having a website in place already
What platform does my website need to be on?
It doesn’t matter. Whether your website is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Kajabi etc. The Website Glow Up is about the strategies and the marketing, not the tech.
Will you show us how to make changes to our specific websites?
No, you will need to have an understanding of how to make chnages to your site yourself, or have someone who can do it for you. There will be monthly tech clinics where you can ask questions and recommendations, but there won’t be any done-for-you services included

Will the membership tell us how to design our own websites?
Whilst I will share tips and advice on design, this isn’t a website design membership, its more focussing on the marketing and strategies that will get your website visible online, so you will need to know how to use your website backend. There will be monthly tech clinics for recommendations and advice so you can make changes yourself.
How can I access the workshops?
When you sign up, you will be given login details for the membership area that you’ll access throught the Cariad Creative website. This is where you can access all the recorded workshops and any supporting resources.
Is there a minimum contract to join?
Nope! You can sign up for 1 month and then cancel if you really wanted to (I really hope not though!) I would say that websites are a slow burn, and you won’t see instant results, so give yourself 3 – 6 months at least.
I'm not confident with the tech, will you help me with that?
This is not going to be a tech focussed memebership, so ideally you need to have some understanding of how to change things on your site – you definitely don’t need to be a web designer to do this though!
The monthly tech clinic will help you with getting recommendations and advice, but there won’t trainings on how to make changes to your specific website included.

I'm a web designer/ SEO specialists, can I join?
I am big fan of collaboration, but if you already know what you’re doing, you won’t find value in this membership at all. This is a space for business owners outside of the website industry to get clarification and confidence.
